28th Scottish Culinary Championships
At the 2011 event ScotHot hosted the ever popular range of culinary competitions that gave chefs from all over Scotland the opportunity to present their skills to their peers. The show saw the return of the Caterer.com Scottish Chef of the Year as well as new competitions such as the Future Talent Restaurant Competition sponsored by BISTO aimed at Scottish colleges.

This was another of our awards specifically for the 30 and under age group working within the Scottish tourism and hospitality sector. The Young Hotelier of the Year Award was sponsored by Caterer.com and was judged by leading figures within the industry. We were looking for the dynamic young individuals who will drive the industry forward in Scotland for many years to come.
