ScotHot Young Hotelier of the Year sponsored by Caterer.com

The winner of the ScotHot Young Hotelier of the Year Award sponsored by Caterer.com  is DANIELLE LEE from Crown Court Hotel, Inverness. She was described by the judges as a confident and engaging individual who demonstrated an entrepreneurial approach to business well beyond her years.  The judges were impressed by her business acumen and how she managed a team and rewarded staff that work with her. Danielle will now have the opportunity to work alongside Stephen Carter OBE at Cameron House on Loch Lomond.

The two highly commended candidates are BARRY ROWLAND from Jury's Inn, Edinburgh and HINA SIMPSON from Radisson Blu Hotel, Edinburgh.
