Glasgow School of Art wins IDA Scottish Design College Award
In celebration and recognition of not only Scotland’s young talent and the importance of interior design to the hospitality industry, ScotHot 2011 joined forces with the British Contract Furnishing Association (BCFA) and the Interior Design Association (IDA) to find the Scottish Design College of the Year.
Glasgow School of Art, Glasgow Caledonian University in conjunction with City of Glasgow College and Clydebank College displayed their best work from 2010 on the BCFA Interiors and Design Pavilion at ScotHot 2011. The results are as follows:
WINNER - GLASGOW SCHOOL OF ART

HIGHLY COMMENDED ENTRIES - Glasgow Caledonian University in conjunction with City of Glasgow College and Clydebank College.

The winner of the IDA Scottish Design College Award will receive:
The title of the IDA Scottish Design College Award with a certificate and trophy.
The opportunity to have their design mounted on the BCFA Interiors and Design Pavilion at ScotHot 2011 and receive pre and post show publicity.
£500 cash prize.
A weekend away in a Wyndham Group hotel for the most outstanding student at the winning college.
