Live Competition Results

Organised by the Federation of Chefs Scotland

At ScotHot 2011 hundreds of chefs from all parts of Scotland displayed their culinary skills in live culinary competitions. 
All competitors were eligible to take part in the  ecolab Food Safety Challenge, a special award for food safety practices.
