This year for ScotHot we felt it was especially important to reconnect the industry after a turbulent 4 years. We have pulled together a team of Ambassadors who are giving a bit back to the next generation of foodservice professionals by fully participating at the event in a variety of different ways.

Some are judging competitions at the event, while others are offering the best advice on the benefits of networking, team building and providing sound business strategy.

Our ScotHot Ambassadors are eminent foodservice, retail, tourism or hospitality professionals and respected individuals who know ScotHot well. They are committed to the show and are representing us in the industries and are actively encouraging as many as possible of their peers to benefit from attending the show in 2023 and in celebrating our 50^th Anniversary.
