With over 10 years experience supporting the industry in Scotland, the team also actively supports young & unemployed people across Scotland through their social enterprise hospitality school based beneath the iconic Grand Central Hotel. Between the team's industry led expertise and their partnerships with trusted employers, they are engaging, inspiring and igniting a passion in the new entrants to the industry, reducing skills gaps and boosting performance for local hospitality operators. 

The mission of the female founded social enterprise is to 'change the hospitality industry for the better’.  This includes the way we as an industry encourage young people into their first jobs in the trade, to the way we support and educate the leaders of the industry to be the best employer they can be.

Hub International were delighted to sponsor the VIP lounge at the return of ScotHot 2023, which saw a range of local suppliers from across Scotland donate their produce and services to add a new refreshment zone at the exhibition. Students from local colleges also got the chance to operate the lounge for the event and welcome VIP’s from across the Scottish Hospitality Industry for a pitstop as they navigated the bustling exhibition.
